Soy Proje is a cinematic single-page brand website for an İstanbul-based construction and real-estate development company. Built as a scroll-driven narrative, the site walks visitors through the company's three-phase build philosophy — from infrastructure and ground preparation to completed living spaces — inside a dark, premium, motion-rich experience that positions Soy Proje as a planned, design-led developer rather than a generic contractor.
The client needed a digital identity that would communicate trust, planning discipline and quality at the level expected from a premium developer — not the static brochure sites common in the Turkish construction sector. The story had to make an abstract, multi-year construction process tangible and emotional for prospective buyers and partners, while keeping the experience fast, mobile-friendly and KVKK-compliant for lead capture.
We delivered a fully custom Next.js website built around a cinematic scroll narrative. As the visitor scrolls, the company's build phases unfold sequentially — infrastructure, construction and finished living — reinforced with subtle motion, a confident dark palette and editorial typography. About and contact sections are woven directly into the flow, with a KVKK-compliant contact form (including a honeypot anti-spam field) that turns interest into structured leads. Direct email, phone and map links shorten the path to contact, while a clean, fast static build keeps Core Web Vitals strong.
Soy Proje now has a brand asset that matches the ambition of its developments. The cinematic narrative differentiates the company from competitors still relying on static catalogs, builds trust before the first conversation, and gives the sales team qualified, KVKK-compliant leads with full context. The fast, mobile-first experience supports premium positioning across both buyers and B2B partners.
