We started in 2024. Before that we worked at agencies and startups, and we kept seeing the same thing: most software projects don't fail for technical reasons — they fail because of unclear scope and poor communication.

We try to do the opposite. We take on fewer projects, write down what we'll build before we start, and quote a fixed price. The team that kicks off the project is the team that ships it.
