An in-house R&D platform that demonstrates how 3D technology can transform the ticketing experience. Fans can virtually explore the stadium in real-time 3D and preview the exact view from any seat before purchasing. The platform includes dynamic pricing overlays, VIP tier management, and multi-language support — built to prove the concept and serve as a foundation for real venue deployments.
Traditional ticketing platforms fail to give fans a realistic sense of seat quality before purchase. The core problem: buyer uncertainty leads to abandoned carts and lower-tier seat selections. We set out to build a solution that eliminates this uncertainty through spatial 3D previews — while remaining performant under high concurrent user loads.
We built a WebGL-powered 3D arena visualization using Three.js that loads in under 3 seconds. The interactive seat map lets users rotate, zoom, and click individual seats to see a photorealistic POV preview. Smart pricing overlays show real-time price tiers. The platform is fully responsive and supports Turkish and English.
This R&D platform demonstrates the full technical stack required for a production-grade 3D ticketing system. The architecture supports 8,500+ concurrent users with zero downtime — stress-tested during our internal load simulations. It is available as a customizable foundation for sports venues, concert halls, and event organizers.
