Why Turkey

Timezone overlap, strong engineering talent and favorable cost-to-output ratio make Turkey attractive for nearshore software development.

How we work

We focus on outcome-based delivery, not just staffing. Scope, team shape and rituals are clarified up front.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do European and US companies choose Turkey for nearshore software development?

Turkey offers GMT+3 timezone alignment (full overlap with Europe, 4–5 hour morning overlap with US Eastern), top-tier English proficiency, world-class engineering graduates, and 50–70% cost efficiencies compared to Western Europe and the US.

Do you offer fixed-price projects or dedicated engineering squads?

We support both: fixed-scope turnkey delivery for defined roadmaps, and dedicated senior engineering squads on monthly retainers for ongoing product acceleration.

Are sprint ceremonies and documentation conducted in English?

Yes. 100% of our code documentation, PR reviews, Jira tickets, and weekly video sprint demos are conducted in fluent English.

How are IP rights and confidentiality legally protected?

We execute enforceable international mutual NDAs and assignment agreements ensuring all IP, trademarks, and source code transfer directly to your corporate entity.

What is Makrops' primary technology stack?

Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, Python AI/RAG stacks, React Native, Three.js WebGL, PostgreSQL, and AWS/GCP cloud environments.

Do you offer a trial period for dedicated squad engagements?

Yes. For dedicated squad engagements, we provide a 2-week risk-free trial sprint to validate velocity and team chemistry.
