Makrops sells software services to enterprise buyers in Turkey and Europe. B2B sales cycles are long, ICPs are narrow and content quality is the deciding factor. This is an end-to-end demand generation role spanning SEO content briefs, LinkedIn / Google Ads, email and outbound — not a 'social media manager' role. We expect real B2B or SaaS marketing experience; the role is half strategic (channel mix, messaging, ICP) and half hands-on (campaign setup, reporting, A/B testing).
Responsibilities
- Plan a monthly content calendar and write briefs for SEO-driven blog posts
- Own on-page SEO, internal linking and technical SEO coordination
- Set up, optimize and report on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Design and ship email campaigns (HubSpot / Brevo / Customer.io)
- Build ICP-based outbound prospecting flows
- Run conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments on the website
- Maintain a monthly marketing dashboard (impressions, leads, MQL, CAC, demo-book rate)
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of marketing experience at a B2B or SaaS company (agency counts)
- Hands-on Google Search Console, GA4 and LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience
- Worked with Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer or similar SEO tooling
- Bilingual writing in Turkish and English (B2+ English writing)
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets — formulas, pivots and basic charting
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering or related)
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, Notion or marketing-ops tooling
- Can build simple automations with Webhooks + Zapier / n8n
- Built dashboards in Looker Studio or Metabase
- Published content on software, SaaS or tech topics
- Outbound experience (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay)
